Renovated house on canal close to public beach access.
Thank you for visiting “Holden It Down” a 4 bedroom 2 bath beach house located on deep canal.
This is a newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on the canal with just a short walk to the beach. The beach access is just at the end of the road and if you bring your boat you can dock it at ease any time at our private dock. This home provides covered porches and a large covered entertaining area underneath the house. It has a nice large fenced in back yard for relaxing or playing games with the family.
We do not allow inflatable pools and/or kiddy pools. We have allowed this in the past however we are left with dead grass and high water bills.

Well maintained property. Kitchen was well stocked with newer dishes, cups and utensils. 2 coffee makers, toaster and even kitchen towels. Laundry had detergent and dryer sheets. We appreciated this host going the extra mile to make quests comfortable. The lower level is very nice with table and seating area. Fenced back yard was very nice. Kids fished from the dock. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

The setup of the house is great, the walk to the beach is very easy and it has a great public ramp right over to the beach at the main road. The two times we have stayed here we have loved the beach and the wave pools during low tide and there was a ton of shells this time.

The house was awesome and communication was a breeze! We hope to stay at Holden it down again! This family friendly home was in such a great location, we enjoyed crabbing in the dock and the swing downstairs!
