- No Rearranging Furniture: Please do no rearrange the furniture. It is arranged for the convenience and comfort of all guests.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the house. Please make arrangements for your pets before your stay.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and other occupants.

Great stay and quick 15 min walk to smoothie center for our events of the week end. Try forbidden pizza on the same block as the condo. Brittanie is a great owner/manager

Best review I could give is that we keep coming back to this Host. There have been other times we simply could not stay here as they were already booked.
Good location for anything in CBD including Superdome and smoothie king center. Restaurants and Grocery within a couple of blocks. Walk or easy uber to FQ. Clean, safe, and well appointed as advertised.
Won't be our last visit to this location

Centrally located close enough to walk to French Quarter but also a short Uber to Jazz Festival. Neighborhood has tremendous dining options rooftop bars and even the Monet exhibit on the same block. Owner was reaponsive and provided great local recommendationss. 2-bedroom unit was spacious, modern, spotless and still had a charming exposed brick wall. Lots of extras from coffee to soda/bottled water to a very nice restaurant on the first floor. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Our stay was perfect. This is the location if you want to be right in the middle of New Orleans. Access to everything is just right and the condo is one of the most convenient places I've ever stayed in. Everything in the unit is beautiful and completely user friendly!
