Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was nice place to stay. The bedrooms were nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while skiing in Winterpark

The location, quiet neighborhood, layout, cleanliness, decor, and size of the house were perfect for two couples on a 4 day XC ski vacation! We cooked our meals in the large kitchen and enjoyed the view out the big window, seeing occasional wildlife. We really appreciated being able to use the garage too! Two things that should be addressed are the hot tub jets only lasted about 5-15” before the breaker threw, and we could not get the breaker to reset, and the clothes dryer is extremely loud, so we did not use it all.

You could tell this home is a fixer-upper! It had a nice modern feel but everything updated had Home Depot/Costco written all over it! The furniture in the main living area was way too small for 8 people to sit comfortably and the hot tub didn’t work, had dirty water and desperately wreaked! It was very unfortunate since that was our main reason for renting the place in the beginning!
