This elegant, minimal and modern 4th floor apartment is located within a portered building. It is furbished in neutral grey and earthy tones with quality linens and fine materials, creatively conceived to please the eye and feel as welcoming as home. The bright and airy double bedroom and the twin bedroom can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The apartment has wooden floors throughout as well as A/C units in every room; the all-white bathroom as well as the cool beige separate W/C are recently refurbished. Last but not least, the small private balcony offers truly impressive views of Suntagma Square, Ermou Street (shopper’s favourite) and the Athenian sky.

The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was fantastic - an easy walk to historic sites, tour beginning points, and restaurants. The street is a very modern shopping district, but also close to the old Plaka part of town. We could easily find everything we needed - ATMs, a little grocery store for breakfast foods, etc.

Our stay was great, with this central location making all the difference! We were able to walk to nearly all attractions, and restaurants and minimarkets were just outside the door. Thanks to Dennis for recommendations and support with everything during our stay, he made us feel quite comfortable, look forward to returning!

The location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything! Their communication was above our expectations & everything couldn’t be smoother. What a wonderful organized management. Would definitely use them again!!!
