En Plaka - Athens Elegant Estate

I can honestly say that this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything about the villa is top quality—the furnishings, amenities, thoughtful design, and incredible history preserved beautifully throughout the property. The aesthetic is gorgeous and perfectly complements the character and atmosphere of the neighborhood. The space was fantastic, with three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, additional sleeping space, and even an elevator between floors. The location was ideal. During the day, it was easy to wander through the surrounding shops and streets, and in the evening, we could enjoy the lively atmosphere and grab some gelato. The villa was immaculately clean, which was a top priority for us. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fruit, coffee, and snacks, and there were plenty of breakfast options just a short walk away. The windows had screens, which was wonderful because we could leave them open without worrying about bugs. Despite being in such a lively area, the villa was incredibly quiet at night. We never had any issues with noise. The washer and dryer were top-notch, with a dryer being an especially welcome amenity. The owner was also incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, helped us get settled, was flexible at departure, and even helped us navigate our rental car to the villa! We spent many hours exploring the city and were able to come home, take a break, and head back out for dinner or gelato. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance. The villa was particularly well situated for exploring the Acropolis, the Agora, and Syntagma Square. Whether you're staying for a short visit or a longer trip, I would highly recommend this villa. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for such an incredible Athenian experience!

You won't find anything missing from this villa. Some other places we explored had views of the acropolis; from this villa, you dont have a direct view of the acropolis, but you literally walk 10 feet outside the villa and turn around, and you can view the acropolis in all its glory!

The home is in the best possible location in the Plaka area of Athens. It is very modern but yet contains preserved antiquities very properly displayed. I will stay no where else. It was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 children.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Athens. The location was perfect—centrally located and within walking distance of so many of the city’s incredible historical sites, restaurants, and shops. The property itself was charming, beautifully maintained, and full of character, making our stay even more memorable. The host, Alexandros, was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. We would definitely stay here again
