This is a very comfortable house with a great back patio and is walkable to amazing food, music, and historic St. Louis activities. I highly recommend it!!

Had an amazing time in Soulard! This property is in a great location, is cleanly & comfortable, and Royce was a fantastic host. Super easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. Couldn’t recommend staying here more!

This condo was super cute and very clean! Perfect for 2 couples on a game weekend! Very close walking distance to plenty of bars and night life. This was the perfect space with an amazing host, thank you!

Property was clean, decor was nice, Royce was a great host.
Couple minor issues: we had an issue getting one of the two showers to work (could have been user error) and there was a lot of late night noise along the street. The noise is somewhat to be expected for Soulard however.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay
