Welcome to the Salty Pelican, a condo in Steinhatchee, FL, a quant small town on the Steinhatchee River. Fish, scallop, kayak, bicycle, bird watch or just sit on our large corner balcony and take in the breathtaking views of nature's coast. Special memories are made here.
Our luxury condo sleeps 8. A king bed is in the master, 2 queen beds in the guest room, and a pull out couch in the living area. All linens and towels are provided as well as televisions in living room and both bedrooms. the Kitchen comes fully equipped for all your baking needs. It's located on the 3rd floor(top) and has 1,400 sq. feet.
The condo rental comes with your own private boat slip on a floating deep water dock. The boat ramp to launch your boat is less than a 100 yards away. The Gulf of Mexico is a quick 10 minute boat ride. The condo has a swimming pool for fun and relaxation. Boat trailer parking is located conveniently across the street. The Condo provides covered parking for your stay up to 2 vehicles.
Good Times Marina and Who Dat's Bar and Grill is located next door making it easy access for gas, bait, ice, and great meals.
There is a 2 night minimum year round except for Scallop Season and Holiday weekends when there is a 3 night minimum. Sorry no smoking and no pets are allowed. Security Cameras were added to the building for your safety.
