The Pelican Roost offers an open porch for morning coffee or an afternoon cool beverage. You can always watch for the Bald Eagles trying to forge lunch out of the small lake across the road.

Down in Steinhatchee for a weekend of fishing with friends. The house was clean but there was a strong smell like mothballs in the house. Not sure why except maybe an exterminator had been by because saw several dead roaches on the floor around the house. House was clean other than that. Nice porch outside and plenty of parking.Texted owner a couple times but never got a response back.

The place had a old moth ball smell. Had to buy spray to clear out yhe smell. Not sure if it was from the hurricane flood year prior. Otherwise the was as stated in Vrbo. Plenty of room for 8 people.
