General description by floor:
First Floor: entry hall with full bathroom, Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with full bath, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and a Bunk bed with a full-sized lower bed and a twin on top. Fully stocked Kitchen with Dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Family room with plenty of seating and a smart tv. Spacious deck off the family room with beautiful views of the bay. Utility room with washer and dryer.
Second Floor: bedroom 1: Large Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, seating area with couches, full bathroom, spacious deck with awesome views of the bay and sensational sunsets. Bedroom 2: Off of the master bedroom is a large storage area that we put in 2 twin beds and a dresser. The kids love to sleep in here.

We supply blankets and pillows, Sheets and Towels are not provided
Full linen packages are available to purchase for $150.00 that include sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and beach towels. Please email Leah at:[email protected] to set up and pay.
If not tennant should bring:
King sheets, 2 queen sheet sets, 3 twin sheet’s and 1 double sheet set.
Paper products and toiletries are not supplied
