This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath beach rental is on a quiet side street, steps from Harding's Beach! This light and bright home offers central air conditioning, beachy decor, screened in porch, two living spaces for your large group, a big bunk room for all the kids, fire pit, and outdoor shower! Two first floor bedrooms with private baths. A second kitchenette upstairs with small fridge and balcony overlooking the yard with a big comfy sectional. Not only can you skip down to Hardings Beach for the day, you can also head up to the other end of the road for drinks and apps at Dogfish Taco and Cantina or breakfast at Larry's PX. Also a great area for biking and walking. This is the place to be for your awesome Chatham vacation!

The house fit our family needs perfectly. It was well stocked and had all we needed. I was surprised to find out that linens and towels were not provided and would run another $400-$600 Extra. The location was great, close to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood.
The folks at the property management company Pine Acres Realty were fast to respond and very kind.
