Very kind staff, good breakfast.

Some damage in the bathroom (bathtub). Non-private parking for motorcycles. Far from restaurants.

The hotel was better than expected, i don't feel that previous reviews reflected the hotel. Hotel personnel encountered during the stay were very helpful and friendly. The choice of food for evening meals was good and the food was great and well presented.

Breakfast was basic, croissant and coffee.

Nothing worth mentioning.

That my stay was o my 1 night!

On arrival informed there was no wifi at all - spent most of my stay in the carpark of the hotel I usually stay at ( which was fully booked) using their wifi. I also now know what it must feel like to sleep on a prison bed.

The staff was very friendly and fast to help. They were not very fluent and English, but they where very patient with me when I tried to speak in Spanish or to use the google translate. Every time I had a request they were very fast to try to help me!

My biggest disappointment, and hence why I gave this mark was the fact that I stayed there for four days and the WIFI in the first floor (where I stayed) did not work once. When I arrived, I noticed that the wifi was not working, I asked them what was the problem. They couldn't fix it, and since it was evening there was nothing they could do to fix it. They said they would ask for a technician to come and see the WIFI. On the next day, once I returned (at night) to the hotel, the WIFI was not fixed. I asked them again about the WIFI and they said that someone came and fixed it. However, it was not working again. One of the staff came with me to my room and was not able to connect to the WIFI, they said that they would call the technician again, but because it was the evening he could only come on the next day. On the next day, when I arrive back in the evening they internet was not fixed. I ended up using the WIFI at the bar, which was less than ideal, because I was having business calls with coworkers in the US, and it was really hard for them to hear due to the noisy bar. I had to apologize multiples time, which did not feel great. Also, room 103, it was okay but I believe it's time to get an upgrade. The bed and mattress is old and the shower leaks. Nothing major, but did not help with how frustrated I already was with the lack of WIFI.

Everything was nice- comfortable bed, clean, quiet room, aircondition, nice food in the restaurant, free parking.
