I stayed at this property in fall, 2023, and did a repeat stay here for 6.5 weeks. Ashley was very responsive with questions or if I had an issue. I knew there was road construction happening (was happening in the fall). Bed was comfortable. Everything was pretty much the same as the fall. I did get to meet several of the neighbors and their pets which was great. Will check out availability when I return to Austin. Did not take advantage of the swimming pool or fitness center.

I stayed at the Smart Condo for 39 days fall of 2023. I knew the area prior to my stay. Condo was exactly like the pictures. it was a very quiet complex. Anytime I needed something Ashley was responsive. I had a love hate relationship with the all in one washer and dryer.. I recommend this condo and would definitely stay at the condo again.
