Four-legged friends are welcome with a pet fee. Another dog is on the property, and arrangements can be made for separation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to allergies.

This studio was perfect for me, had everything I needed inside, along with privacy in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood. Location is great, about 15 min drive from downtown and close to some very nice parks and nature preserves. Very affordable as well. Will definitely stay again my next trip to Austin.

Brett was a great host and the property was exactly as advertised. Located in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect after spending most of our days in the bustle of Austin during a very busy weekend, but still close to many amenities. Would love to stay again, thanks Brett!

Property is as pictured, easy check-in, and quick responses from a communication standpoint. Bathroom could use some updating, but all aspects of the property were clean and well maintained.
