Perfect for canoeing and kayaking, this 2,780 square foot 4BR/2.5BA waterfront retreat is located in the desirable Harbor Isle neighborhood. You're also situated directly across an inlet from Weeden Island Preserve.

Inside, a private office and three additional desks provide plenty of space to check email or study. Ask Alexa to play your favorite playlist on the home stereo system as you prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Extra perks include three kayaks, a canoe, two sets of golf clubs, tennis racquets, and a PlayStation 3.

At the end of a fun-filled day, unwind on the screened lanai or dip in the sparkling private pool.

LIVING AREA

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring ample natural light and lovely water views to the living area. Snuggle on the plush sofa and love seat or curl up with a new book in an armchair.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen boasts spacious granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range. The kitchen also has a desk.

When you’re ready to eat, share festive vacation meals around the table for six in the dining room.

BED & BATH

This one-story home sleeps six guests in four bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. A sofa, a love seat, and a flat-screen smart TV set the scene for Netflix movie nights. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, whereas the third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. Each bedroom also includes a laptop-friendly desk.

The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a PlayStation 3.

The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Start your vacation days with morning coffee in the courtyard, appointed with a fountain and two armchairs.

Relax in comfy armchairs on the screened lanai as your catch-of-the-day prepares on the gas grill. The dining table seats six to alfresco meals.

The private pool invites you to take a refreshing dip after your adventures. Sunbathe on the chaise lounge or serve snacks at the shaded table for four.

Situated directly on an inlet leading to Riviera Bay, you can launch the provided canoe and kayaks from your own backyard and explore the area surrounding Weeden Island Preserve.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Other amenities include three kayaks, one canoe, paddles, life jackets, two sets of right-handed golf clubs, adjustable dumbbells, and tennis racquets.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

The private pool is unheated and available for use from March to October. The fireplace in the living area is not operational.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
