About this house rental
Adorable comfy home!! Stay here and be close to all St Pete has to offer! This home is centrally located to so many great places! This is a beautifully updated home. Hurricane Helene was unkind, but the inside has just been completely renovated. Better than ever! Please feel free to use anything in the home!! (even the wine as my gift and thanks to you for choosing my home) Hurricane Helene left my inside in pretty bad shape back in September but I did get it fixed up and it looks better than ever. Brand new kitchen now with a dishwasher. New sofas, a cute electric fireplace with shiplap and a mantle. New beds and a new King headboard. All new appliances. I haven't switched out the new photos yet, so you will be pleasantly surprised.
Just minutes to Gandy Blvd and the Howard Frankland which makes an easy commute to Tampa, and Beautiful Clearwater and yet minutes away from downtown St. Petersburg and Gulfport! Enjoy a vibrant cultural atmosphere surrounded by shops, restaurants, and galleries, upscale night-life, and all the entertainment you'll ever need! Only minutes from the 4th Street action where you'll find the conveniences of shopping, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, easy access to the Tampa bridges and I-275 . Enjoy the gorgeous Gulf beaches!
This charming home has everything you need and more to be your home away from home! All new furniture as of March 1, 2025 due to Hurricane Helene. Two super comfy bedrooms both with smart TV's, two pull out sofas with upgraded mattresses and a kitchen that seats 8! Come experience all that St Pete has to offer has to offer and have a comfortable place to call home while you explore. Minutes from the wonderful restaurants on 4th street and only 15 minutes from the Tampa airport, and ten from the Pier! Just an hour and 15 minutes from Disney!! Within 20 minutes of beautiful beaches! This is located in a convenient area where you can take any direction with easy highway access to downtown St Petersburg, beautiful Clearwater or Tampa Bay area.

There is a small driveway behind the home with room for two cars if you pull one into the garage. Additional vehicles can park along the side of the house or in the front, on the grassy area. You need to enter for the first time though the front door which has a code. Large trash barrels in alley behind the home to put your garbage away.
I personally stay in my home often while visiting my son, daughter in-law and grandbabies. So this is a nice one!

Went for a quick spring break trip with our 2 girls! The house was a perfect getaway. It is exactly as described and more.. fully stocked with anything you will possibly need. We love that you can visit many different gulf coast beaches and come back after a long day of sun and rest in this cozy home. Thanks again Cindy for sharing your beautiful home! Had a fabulous time at the house. Very convenient to stores and a short distance to downtown St Pete.Quite neighbor over all, saw just a handful of neighbors during our stay.

The house is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors walking their dogs. Very easy to get around in especially with a GPS & we found a Publix, CVS & many restaurants just within a few miles.
