This is a lovely studio located in a great complex, conveniently close to the slopes and golf course. The bathroom has been recently remodeled. *****Please note that this is a ground-floor unit, and some noise from the unit above may be heard.*****

This condo is great because of the location. The Green and Teal shuttle stops right outside the front of the building. It is an easy walk to Vons and lots of restaurants. The bathroom was very clean and seemed to have been remodeled and the kitchen had all the amenities to be comfortable. There are lots of places to hang things in the condo which is great after outdoor activities. Our only complaint we had was the noise from the unit above, which the owners fully disclosed before we made the reservation (which is why I am giving this a 5 star rating), we chose to stay even though we were warned. All in all this is a great spot for a couple looking for an affordable and convenient condo!

Fine accommodations for 1 or 2. Easily accessible on first floor which means you can hear upstairs neighbors if they have heavy footsteps. My visit was in April during a warm spell with temperatures getting up into the mid 60's. The unit was very well stocked and clean except for the deck which needed sweeping from not being used during the winter. The pool was still closed for the winter season and the hot tub also closed for repairs that had not been completed. Overall I was happy with my stay and Claudia was very responsive.

The Studio was clean and well-equipped. Nice having access to pool, hot tub, and games in common area. Centrally located as well.
