We spent a weekend at Mammoth Lakes. This condo has great location. Inside is clean and the host, Karen, is very responsive and knowledgeable of local hikes. The kitchen is well stocked with most of what you need for simple meals. It is a condo that the owners most likely use for their own enjoyment, so you should not expect a " hotel room" with empty cabinets. The fridge was completely cleaned and emptied for our use though. Sheets were all clean. We also used the HOA s swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The heater controls ( 3 of them, ) were very comfortable with not much noise. There is no AC, but there are fans. We did not have to use A/C for our summer visit as it cooled down quickly at night. The interior are a bit dated that you should not book this one for your honeymoon, or a big family reunion gathering. However, for a family vacation to enjoy the great outdoors, this condo, (with its 6-sleeping arrangements, 2 bathrooms, HOA amenities, cleanliness) works just fine. We had a great time at Mammoth lakes, as well as at the condo. We would like to come back to this condo again.
