Our beautifully updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private home sleeps located directly on the 14th fairway of spectacular Old Kinderhook, a Tom Weiskopf signature course. Our home is also located next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home.
Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa is located on the beloved 14th fairway and next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all the comforts of home. The main level includes 2 bedrooms (one with king and one with queen), two full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 3 season sunroom with an outdoor sectional sofa and additional dining table- the perfect place to relax and have a drink, read a book, or play a game!
Our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain. It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.

The house location was perfect. We loved the pools and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the selection of games and the ping pong table. The beds are super comfy and the house had plenty of basic essentials. We would stay again if we come to the area!

Property exactly as stated. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the ping pong table that wanted flat, it wasn't a big deal. My group got to spend more time at the villa than we had planned with a rained out golf day. The back patio was the ideal spot for hanging out. I imagine in the Lake of the Ozarks area, if not having a waterview isn’t a must you can't do any better tgan this place.group.

Beautiful clean and well stocked home. The convenience of being right next to the pool was wonderful. The owners were very fast to answer questions and reply. My boys loved the golfing there. Beautiful property, and very upscale. We would definitely love to return. If we ever decide to purchase it would be in this area. The relaxation was just what my husband needed on this getaway.
