The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the indoor pool for our littles.

Our room was close to ground level (2nd floor), close to the indoor pool and fitness room. The condo itself is close to the beach. The elevator worked great. The parking was not an issue. The outdoor pool could be better. The dryer in the condo itself needs replacing. Took forever to dry a load of clothes.

The view was very good , bedrooms and living room were nice. If you are going to this property and plan on cooking there we will need to bring some cookware only had 1 very small skillet no cookie sheets for frozen pizzas, cinnamon rolls or biscuits other than that it was fine had plenty of plates and silverware and drinking glasses . The refrigerator took a good 24 hours to cool down and keep our food cold so I would bring in groceries right away.
