About this house rental
Amazing location, walking or biking distance to Barefoot Beach where all the fun is waiting for you. Close to shopping, great restaurants. Short drive to Mercato shops in Naples.
The house is recently remodeled and sits in almost half acre which gives you great privacy and lots of space to relax outside, enjoy the peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets. New furniture and appliances. Clean to meet the covid guidelines, so you can have peace of mind. Accommodates 4-5 people. Discounted rate for longer term stays.
The owner is providing two bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, charcoal grill, inflatable kayak for you to use during the stay.
Wi-Fi available for use. Roku stick - Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime (your own accounts). TV has basic cable.

Barefoot Beach Park is less than 2 miles away. It has over a mile of pristine shoreline with no development at all on it. It is a park and they also offer lunch and snacks. It is consistently rated in the top three among the best beaches in the United States.

Wiggins Pass State Park is about 3 miles south of the guest house. It has many large shade trees with barbecue grills and picnic tables and it is absolutely beautiful to grill lunch and go to the beach.

The Naples/FortMyers casino is about 3 miles away from us. They just opened a new restaurant called “The Brass Tap“ which is absolutely terrific! You can also do pari-mutuel gambling and poker tables are there. It is quite an impressive establishment.

Everglades Wonder Gardens in downtown Bonita Springs is about 4 miles away.

Southwest Florida international Airport is less than 20 miles north of us. It’s an easy drive on the Intestate to Bonita Beach Road and to your guest house.
You can drive the beautiful beach road to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. All on back roads.

The location of the property is great because you can avoid a lot of traffic, and traffic can be an issue!!! The home is also located in a safe neighborhood. We took walks every night and felt completely safe. The online listing and pictures were accurate. We also appreciated the bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. The following are my recommendations for making this property even better. Although the home is comfortable, the kitchen could use some upgrades with furnishings. There is not a knife set for preparing food. It could also use more silverware and basic dishes. I would recommend a table lamp in the living room as well, along with an upgrade in bath towels and kitchen towels. For one of the bedrooms, there was not a remote for the overhead light/fan, making both useless. I would also recommend installing hooks someplace to hang towels and clothes. Because the house is listed as accommodating four people, be advised that this is a very small house. The kitchen table has only two chairs, and there isn’t a whole lot of seating area in the living room. Also, four guests will be sharing towels. Overall, the house is very nice for two people. My husband and I would stay again

Internet does not work but no complains when you stay at the beach for that price
