About this house rental
Come spend time at our oceanfront beach house on North Topsail Island Beach. Our home provides the most beautiful sunrises and unlimited beach views of the North Carolina coast. One of the best parts of N. Topsail is the residential, uncrowded tranquility the beach and neighborhood provide. The local interactions and family friendly atmosphere are unbeatable. You’ll be able to turn off your sleep aid app, and listen to the natural high definition sounds of the ocean waves all day & night.
This cozy two bedroom, two bath beach house is tastefully decorated and has walkout views of the ocean and beach. The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and internet service. Also, off the living room & master bedroom you will find sliding glass doors that lead you to a fully furnished balcony.
Enjoy your morning coffee & watch the dolphins swim by as you relax in the wonderful gazebo.

Fantastic location on a quiet section of beach with friendly neighbors. Property needs minor repairs of deck, furniture, etc. but was in good condition overall. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Third bed was an inflatable, and a tight fit in the small living/dining area. We loved our stay on Topsail.

We had an amazing week in North Topsail. Our beach home was just the right size for our family. Pictures are an exact representation of the property. Very easy communication with the property owners. Love being able to wake up and walk out on to the beach in the morning to watch the sunrise. The cabana on the back deck was a favorite hangout. We watched dolphins swim by a few mornings, scored a haul of shark teeth and various shells to bring home, watched the helicopters fly by as Camp Lejeune is close by, went swimming, took morning and evening walks, fished from the beach, and just enjoyed the warm weather! Surf City is just down the road which we visited multiple times for ice cream, dinner, mini golf, and even checked out the disc golf course. Plenty of gift shops around the area. We even made it to our favorite restaurant Rick's Sports Bar & Grill just over the bridge in North Topsail for Tuesday night trivia. Lots to do on Topsail Island. We love it here!
