My group rented this property for our annual summer trip this year. The house had many amenities that most places don’t, like q-tips, flossers, razors and combs. The beach floaties and kayaks were a nice bonus. The beach and lake were very nice. We did have a few issues with the house and getting there. The road on the way into the property was terrible. I would imagine it would be impossible for some cars low to the ground to use. The road coming in has deep groves and is super steep. If you have any mobility issues, it may be a problem as well. We were also told that after three bags of trash, we would have to traverse this terrible road and drop the bags off at a bin or be charged 20 per bag from the cleaning crew. The house was recently remodeled, which is good but there were some issues that could have been addressed. We noticed a punch hole in the basement bathroom door and a prominent bathroom leak that made the hallway carpet wet. My friend had sparks fly when she plugged something into an upstairs outlet and my husband noticed the dryer was venting very close to the electrical box. All in all, our group had a good time, but it wasn’t the luxurious experience we are used to.

This was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. They thought of everything. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The beach was nice and the use of the kayaks was great. The only negatives we had was the parking situation and the road leading to the house. We were forewarned that we may have to park at the top of the hill and walk down steps. But we didn't realize how difficult it would be to load and unload from the parking area. And the parking area wasn't clearly marked leading to a small misunderstanding with 2 neighbors over parking. It was a nice place but not the best for people with mobility issues. And the road leading to the house is single lane, very bumpy, full of ruts and difficult to navigate if you have a small car that's low to the ground. If you drive a larger vehicle it's not a problem. Overall it's a very nice place! Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful accommodation , Michelle has thought of EVERYTHING to accommodate her guests and I mean EVERYTHING. My family loved the use of the canoes and although we did not use the fire pit, it was very welcoming with the lights. Coffee station well equipped, Kitchen had all you needed. Michelle very quick to response. Thank you for helping my family from Scotland and my American family create some awesome memories ( 7 adults , 3 children aged 4 years and 18 months )

We had a nice stay; but this property has more of a lived in feel; then weekly rental VRBO. It’s not the cleanest, so bring your cleaning supplies. The refrigerator and the cupboards are packed with what they’re calling condiments but there was so much more. We could barely get our food in the refrigerator. I’d be appreciative of salt and pepper, but not mayonnaise and jelly and coffee cream. We were stranded on the lake for about two hours, and had to be towed back in, we were in constant communication with the owner, and she bought us a pizza for our troubles, which was greatly appreciated. The decks were the best part of the house. We would not stay here again.
