About this house rental
Fine and Sandy-3 Bedroom 2.5 bath. Beautifully decorated, light and airy beach cottage. Covered front porch on the front and a deck on the back of the home with Outside shower H/C. Completely renovated 2019. Newly painted inside and out, new furniture, luxury vinyl plank and tile for flooring, new stainless steel appliances offer this home the WOW factor. Home is centrally located in an area close to the beach, shops, restaurants, golf, a pier, ice cream shops, parks and nature trails, mini golf an arcade, night life and a grocery store. You may park your boat in the yard if you need to and we have multiple ramps nearby to launch your boat. Your furry friends are allowed and there is a charcoal grill to grill out and hang around in the backyard with your friends and family after a long day at the beach. This home is not far from Southport and it's fishing village feel with shops and restaurants on the water. Our a quick ferry ride over to Ft. Fisher and the Aquarium. There is also a ferry to prestigious and breathtaking Balk Head Island.

The location is wonderful! It’s a super short walk to the beach and doesn’t involve crossing any busy roads. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed for the week. The yard space was nice to walk our dog around. There was a small problem with the floors being quite dirty when we arrived but was quickly remedied with cleaners sent out to re-clean the floors.

Fine & Sandy was clean and ready early for our arrival. The location was perfect and this pet-friendly house was well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we just couldn’t have been happier with everything this house offered to us.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Public beach access was just down the road and the pier and restaurants are as well. The house was nice and clean and everything worked as it should. We would definitely stay there again!
