About this house rental
Clean 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom house located one mile off Hwy 287 and not even .5 mile from the grocery store. Quiet place located just outside of town but close enough to all the amenities. Perfect location for visiting Caprock Canyons State Park, spending the weekend at Bob Will's Days, or your annual hunting trip. This house is ready for the whole family with 2 queen beds, 1 full, and 1 twin. It has a fully stocked kitchen to help you with your homemade dinner, as well as a propane grill to cook those steaks to perfection. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.
Rate is for three guests, there will be an additional fee of $30 per guest over three.
If you are traveling with pets, please contact us for pet approval. We will charge an additional pet fee as well as a damage deposit that will be refunded after cleaning, depending on pet damages/accidents in the house. We also have Priefert dog kennels available for hunting dogs, please contact host for more information on renting the kennel barn.

Perfect place to stay for our hunting trip! This place has everything you could need and is so clean and cozy! We can’t wait to come back next year and hope we can stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, had everything we needed. We put our dogs in the outdoor kennels that they provide when we left the property, which was great. We didn't have to cage our dogs inside the house. Wonderful VRBO, and very clean!
