We chose this rental due to the amount of parking. We were heading to Colorado with ATVs.The drive way was big enough to hold both trucks with trailers. The street is a busy street, but we didn’t have any problems. The game room was a great place to unwind after a long drive. We will be staying again on our way back home.

Easy to find off Hwy 27 and so close to all we needed. Restaurants, Wal-Mart, gasoline and more.The property was very inviting as soon as we opened the front door. Exactly as pictured and described.All beds were comfortable with extra covers and pillows. The upstairs bedrooms share a large Jack and Jill bath with fluffy towels and extra make-up cloths.The kitchen is almost overstocked! So many cooking and baking accessories and glasses, cups and dishes. Nice!We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evening. If you are bringing a pet, there is a nice grassy area. We felt safe and comfortable and hope to stay for our convention next year, too.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend with extended family. Kids loved the game room downstairs and plenty of room for the adults. Didn’t seem like the best area, but was only minutes from the ball fields so worked out for us. A few of the kitchen dishes or utensils were dirty. Communication with host throughout our stay was good. We thought we’d need to extend our stay and they sent over the additional night promptly. When we didn’t end up needing it, it was refunded quickly as well.

Host was very responsive and even touched base after we checked in. Beautiful home, fully equipped with amenities, oversized couch, both K cup and full pot options. Fully fenced in backyard for dogs. Had access to the garage which was perfect to dry the dogs off directly from the backyard. Quiet area, convenient to attractions, and Rt ,66 landmarks. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a whole house that's pet friendly.

The house is great but needs some maintenance. The host never responded to any of the messages I sent on VRBO. The code quit working halfway through our stay and it took a long time to get back into the house. I won't put all that was wrong with the cleanliness or maintenance issues on here, the host needs to check the VRBO messages for those. Other than that, the house was perfect for our family and stay in Amarillo. The location could have been better as it sits right off a main road. I never received any messages prior to our arrival on help to get into the house and no instructions were given or left for the checkout procedure. Not the best I have ever rented, but not the worst either.

The property was not located in a desirable neighborhood. There was alot of traffic noise including emergency verhicles all night. The water smelt like rust. We were not able to use the properties water supply to brush teeth, wash hands or even shower. This was awful.

We stayed 1 night on the way and way back for a family vacation to Colorado. It was so much nicer staying in a house versus a hotel. House was spacious and plenty of room for a family of 8. We had a little trouble with the key code, but the property owner came and resolved the issue quickly. I would 100% stay here again.

We picked this house because of the number of people it would sleep and the game room. The kids had a blast and it was nice that they had their own space.

Plenty of room and bed space for everyone, and the beds were comfortable. However, the fridge and pantry were completely empty. No condiments in the fridge, no olive oil or basics so even though I brought food, I couldn't even cook eggs in the morning because there wasn't even cooking spray for the pan. And the fridge had no ice, the water line wasn't connected so we couldn't turn the ice maker on, which is a huge disappointment for a house in Texas in July.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed 3 days during the week. All the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, cookware. Even tho it is located on a busy road, it wasn't loud at all once you're inside the house. Not busy at all at night anyways. Kids loved the game room. They would've stayed down there if the tv had a remote and there was a bathroom down there.

Perfect quick stop along way from Texas to Colorado. Lots of space and nice touches like snacks, coffee pods, shampoo/conditioner, etc - made for an easy stay. Didn’t stay long but found the location convenient for highway and groceries so we didn’t have to eat take-out. A+

The house was great and met all of our needs as we were in town to visit family. Clean and comfortable. But the upstairs shower definitely needs some attention. Will definitely remember this VRBO for future visits to Amarillo.

Great property. Love the game room. Clean, up to date. spacious. Master bedroom bed/mattress leans to the middle from both sides. Did not like the back yard flood light on all night. Too light in the master bedroom. We like it to be dark. Ther may have been a way to turn it off, but we never found it. Otherwise, again a great property.
