Welcome to 304 North Shore Place a beautiful complex located in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island!
This lovely villa is located on the third floor of the complex and is accessible by elevator from the parking garage. The villa has an open floor concept with light wood floors, tan walls and beach décor throughout - definitely makes you feel like you are on a beach vacation.
As you walk in to your left is a stackable washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do. To the right is the dining room with a wood table that seats six. The fully equipped kitchen has a U-shaped counter with four leather stools – a perfect place to enjoy a snack.
The living area is decorated in a coastal theme and is very inviting and relaxing. There is a light mint green sofa, two coastal rocking chairs and a blue accent chair. The entertainment center has a 42” TV and a DVD player. Outside the French door is the covered balcony with a ceiling fan to help keep you cool with a table that seats four plus two lounge chairs. A great place to relax and enjoy nature!
There is great bedroom separation; the master bedroom is off the living room and has a king bed, 24” TV and a door to the balcony. The private master bath has a single vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Towards the front of the villa is the guest bedroom which has two double beds, a 38” TV and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo! Enjoy the ocean breezes and sweeping views of the ocean from the pool deck! It’s spectacular! The beach is only a minutes’ walk away from the complex and Coligny Plaza is located directly across the street where there is shopping, dining and entertainment. The complex is gated, the parking is covered and the elevator services all five floors of this beautiful beach complex.

We have stayed in this lovely 3rd floor condo for a month for 2 years and are returning for our third time. Everything is kept so well - nicely decorated with good furniture, kitchen well-supplied, comfortable beds and very clean. The owners and the property manager are very nice and quite helpful when needed. The location is perfect - next to Coligny Plaza and across from the beach. The condo has lots of natural light (faces south) but there are also some trees that are near the balcony that offer some shade. The building is one of the nicest on HH Island - it has a rooftop pool that offers a view of the ocean and a lovely inner courtyard. A great vacation spot!

The unit is clean, very nicely decorated from the paint color, flooring to the furniture. All the furniture seems new and nicely done. Chairs in living room are very comfortable. The rental folks are very nice; called to check that we were on our way, arrived safely and check to see we had everything. The unit needed a no-stick skillet, which the rental folks promptly delivered. Five stars!

Good - location - easy access to beach, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Clean. Furniture was comfortable.
Bad - limited info provided on area, check-in and check-out, where trash and recycling receptacles are located. Toaster doesn’t work - doesn’t pop up, set off fire alarm. Refrigerator spits out ice cubes on the floor randomly. Blinds in the master bedroom were already partially broken when we got there, broke entirely on their own in the middle of the night. Worst was the plumbing in the master bathroom - the sink seemed to “gurgle” in the middle of the night, then emit a horrible odor (resembled sewer gas).
