After a full day exploring Bear Mountain, unwind while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the living room smart TV. Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

Amenity availability is controlled by Sunrise, not Vacasa. As such, please visit Sunrise's website for details regarding amenities. Children under the age of 12 must be chaperoned by an adult for all activities. Baby gate and children's games are provided.
This property does not have air-conditioning. It's actually quite rare to find air-conditioning in Vermont properties. Please utilize fans in the property and/or open windows for a breeze.

It was a comfortable unit in terms of the bedding and living room. Beautiful mountain scenery. There were only minor items missing that caused us not to give it a five star rating. there was supposed to be an indoor and an outdoor pool along with a gym but it was very difficult to figure it out then no direct route to get clear information on what was open and what was closed. When the outdoor pool was available along with the outdoor hot tub it was very enjoyable. We would definitely consider coming back. It is important to know that many local restaurants and facilities are open in the limited way during the summer and it’s not always easy to ascertain their schedules.

This location as great. The condo was clean and as described. Only downside was the fireplace was closed. Several cabinets were locked, but this was not a big deal as the open cabinets had everything you needed.

Don't rent if you are a light sleeper. The unit above this condo has hardware floors - every movement sounds like furniture is being re-arranged. Furthermore, front door for unit above is directly above master bedroom. Was woken up multiple times when guests above entered building due to keyless entry box sounding like it was on the nightstand next to us.
