Ski In/Out Trailside Townhome

The cleaning was mediocre at best and the downstair "futon" was a mattress on the floor.

Excellent location, sports center, comfortable master bedroom and second bedroom for the kids, and well-equipped kitchen.

The room downstairs was not very comfortable for adults, with a futon on the floor and a pullout sofa bed.. and the living room looks very depressing. Also, upon arrival the heater panels in the living room were kicked off / exposed, with the sharp panels laying on the floor. Minor issues such as lack of toilet paper was resolved quickly by owner. We had to run the washer for towels as there were not enough clean ones to use the pool . Overall this was not a big deal just annoying to have to do it if you pay so much for the property.

Host was excellent, property exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Condo was fair but needs some care for paint and minor repairs. Light bulbs not working in front bedroom and master bedroom. Kitchen sink faucet unstable. Many baseboard heater covers falling off. Drape in front bedroom needs repair. Front door needs door stop to prevent wall damage. Did not use bottom floor but window screens are needing repair. Other than master bed and kitchen set furniture is outdated. Basically place looked aged and needs some attention!
