About this house rental
Our expertly decorated, family home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the Northeast Heights. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This spacious home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dining room table with seating for four. There are three private bedrooms with queen beds. The master bed/bathroom has a shower and a separate jetted tub option. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There are two separate living room areas; one with a smart television, the other serves as a fantastic gatherin space shared with the dining room/kitchen. The backyard is fully fenced. There is a one-car garage with a full washer and dryer. Additionally there is plenty of closet space with extra bedding, sheets, and towels. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Our home does have a private entrance, on-street parking sufficient for a uhaul truck and trailer combination as well as several spaces in the driveway. The backyard of this home is shared with a casita that sits behind the home. We are pet friendly, so there may be potential for interaction with other people and pets.
The laundry facility in this home is located in the garage and is shared with the casita. The backyard is also shared with the casita.
We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.
This neighborhood is bike friendly and walkable. There are also bus stops within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area.
We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.
You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. Check In Instructions will be sent to you on the day you are expected to check in. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Nice neighborhood, very clean. Couldn't get jets on large tub to work, which was disappointing. Allowed dogs, which was nice. We brought crates for them.

This is a great house for a getaway to Albuquerque! The location makes getting around the city easily accessible and there’s amazing food close by. The house is spacious and has all the amenities — even a Keurig and kcups! Even better: very comfortable beds!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Albuquerque while visiting our daughter at UNM. Traveling with my husband, teenager, and small dog, we found the house spacious and well furnished, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood is delightful and walkable—perfect for taking our pup on strolls—and the large yard was a fantastic bonus for our dog to enjoy. We visit the area a few times a year and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

The stay was fine. I wish we had more time to relax but it was just a quick overnight. The only drawback was the exterior light on the back Casita was bright in the bedroom, even with the curtains. I would suggest possibly getting some black out curtains. Also, we could not get the front porch light to work.
