Wonderful 4 bed 2.5 bath 2862 sq ft home on a 2.15 acre lot. This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community and is packed with wonderful amenities listed below:

It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.
It is important to note that due to it being so quiet, noise is taken very seriously and there are noise monitors on the property
The internet here is Starlink WiFi services, offering speeds up to 200 Mbps, and is the best WiFi option available in the mountains!
Traveling during the winter has significant risks in Colorado due to snow storms. We provide a plowing service, however, during a storm it can take significant time for the driveway to be plowed. There are shovels and snow plow equipment provided in case of snow storms. During the winter months ALWAYS have chains available even if you have four wheel drive and/or snow tires.
During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
Parking is limited to three cars. The driveway is very steep so please be cautious when driving during the snow or rain..
Since all stays are 30+ days and priced accordingly, we do not provide some basic consumables such as soaps, shampoos, paper towels, or toilet paper. There is a Costco (25 min) and a local King Soopers for any additional supplies you may need.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Do yourself a favor and book this home! Kyle was such a pleasure to have as a host, always available for questions we may have had. We were in the area for business for 2 months and this was the perfect location with plenty of sightseeing within an hour drive! Home is very clean and roomy with nicely stocked kitchen and amenities. Definitely capable of housing a couple of families for vacation.. And to top it off the view off the back porch is beautiful!
