Security camera details: There are three active surveillance cameras: one at the front door, one pointing at the pool area, and the third facing towards the front steps from the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beds could be a little bit bigger, house could have more kitchen items,supplies are extremely low, they expect you to provide (2 toilet papers for 10 people 3 days 2 nights) 2 trash bags for the whole stay, 2 diswasher pods for the whole stay, still waiting for the refund for the propane gas, never received a call back from vacasa manager about the heater not working, they expect you to use when is sunny since it will be warm with it (that’s what they said)

Pool was nice set up was nice. Just need to be fix with the roaches. I seen one on the coach many in the bathrooms. The sink is crazy as well. Bed was clean. Made sure of that besides the roach problem it’s a nice place

We enjoyed are stay very much. Large space to accommodate our family. Close to everything!
The door to one of the bedrooms is loose at the hinge, but all else was terrific. We would go back.

A really lovely house in a quiet area that is close to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria island.
Our children loved the games room,pool and the beach equipment was perfect.
It would have been handy to have a toilet downstairs as there were 2 bathrooms for 11 of us but other than that we felt the house was exactly what we wanted.
