Located high in the forest in the heart of Mohican, this secluded log home features a hottub & stone patio fire ring surrounded by towering trees. The covered front porch offers great views of the forest below. Inside you will find a stone fireplace, a main-floor bedroom, and a second-floor lofted bedroom that overlooks the living room. Enjoy your days hiking at the state park or floating down the river.
The driveway is long and steep. 4-wheel drive/All Wheel Drive is recommended year-round.

The cabin was very clean and had a great fire out area where we could see the stars ! We cooked in the grill and there were spices for us to use! It’s close to a convenience store and Mohican adventures . We gloated the river , played mini golf and went go karting.. we hike a 1 mile loop at the grist mill. Everything was very close to the cabin and we had a wonderful stay.. it was quiet and dark and you felt very safe!

Very nice and secluded yet convenient.Well equipped and clean. All of the furniture was very comfortable- something not often found in rentals.Very convenient to the Mohican hiking trails. About a mile from the Gorge overlook.Even though the place was very clean, I only rated cleanliness as a nine for two reasons. First, the frying pan was burnt and dirty. Second, the back porch and hot tub cover was dirty, and not just from recent rains. If it was my hot tub to keep clean, I’d keep up the surrounding porch better.

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is very comfortable and clean with great views. We stayed in the middle of a snow storm and Drew made sure to have the steep driveway plowed for us both mornings which was very appreciated. I would stay here again.

Pine Ridge Cabin was the perfect escape. It is situated up on a hill with plenty of privacy. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was the best we've ever experienced in a VRBO. The location was perfect if you plan to spend time at the state park. I would highly recommend.

My husband, two daughters and I stayed at the Pine Ridge cabin. We had a wonderful time!The cabin was very secluded while also conveniently located near the Mohican State Park, shops and restaurants, hiking, canoeing, etc. The property is private and surrounded by woods so you can’t see the road or any other homes or cabins. There’s so much to do nearby but the cabin is tranquil and relaxing making this a perfect location!The cabin is so cozy, clean, and everything is quality from the Amish built self closing cabinets to the large bathroom with shower. The layout worked well for our family of four and we enjoyed the indoor gas fireplace! The outdoor fire pit area is also beautiful with more quality, comfortable seating. We used the grill and it worked well. The hot tub was conveniently located right next to the door on the back patio which is great when it’s cold out. The cover was a little tricky to put on but we figured it out! :) The pictures don’t do this cabin justice. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to cook a good meal and a dishwasher for clean up. There was plenty of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels provided. There were plenty of towels for the shower and hot tub. A hair dryer was provided and like most cabins you just need to bring shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste and brushes. Everything else was provided. Finally, the checkout list was a breeze! Can’t wait for our next stay!

We chose this property for its proximity to Mohican and the hiking/mountain biking there. The seclusion and privacy of the cabin was the secondary draw. This cabin was by far the cleanest and best-maintained property we’ve ever stayed in. It is perfectly private yet minutes away from the SP or grocery. The terraced patio is a great way to enjoy the property itself! Our host, Drew, was responsive and very friendly when helping us with changes to our reservation or questions about the property. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the cabin and its host! Do pay attention to the need for a car (and driver) that can handle a steep and switchy gravel drive. Additionally, road noise, while nothing that detracts from the location of the cabin, is something we noticed at times. Overall, noise and light pollution were minimal, and we heard nothing in the way of neighbors.

The cabin was absolutely perfect! The pictures are exactly as it looks and it seems larger than it is. When we were outside you barely heard the traffic since it was back so far. When it mentions that you need 4 wheel drive, they are not kidding, in order to get up the two hills. It was an adventure each time for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen stocked with whatever u might need to cook including seasonings/ oil/ Utensils etc. Hot tub worked well...we were unable to get temp any lower than 104 degrees despite settings on panel to lower temp and us giving it an hour , hoping it would lower enough for the pre teen kiddo... Lastly, You are expected to strip the bed linens yourself, place in hamper and then carry upstairs hamper downstairs, not a big deal for us but some might think thats overkill. Overall...would stay here again in future..

My husband and I brought our dog and drove from Indiana to be in the path of totality for the eclipse! Not that it will ever matter again to anyone ever booking this cabin, but we had an excellent view of it from the front and back of the cabin! It was very clean and cute. The yard and back deck with fire pit and hot tub was amazing. We saw a lot of cool birds in the woods. You can hear the traffic from nearby roads, but you are at the top of a long driveway so it is still very private, and only a couple of minutes from town if you need something. Host responded promptly to an inquiry I had on the way there and was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend!!!

We wanted a quick winter get-away and this property hit the mark. We had a last minute request to check in early and the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond. The property was wonderful! The hot tub was relaxing! The kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook our meals. However, some of the Teflon-coated pots need replaced since those were scrapped-up and could contaminate food. The stairs to the loft are steep and narrow. Drew, I would recommend putting some sort of tread on the steps for safety. I would stay at this cabin again and recommend it to friends and family.
