Beach house in the popular Surfside Shores neighborhood in Fort Morgan, AL. Great private neighborhood beach access point in walking distance of the property (about 3 blocks or 0.4 mile). This is a spacious, recently updated property that would be perfect for your next group or family gathering. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total - property has 2 complete primary suites on the top level; 1 bedroom, and one bunk room on the main level as well as a sofa bed in living room. Abundant outdoor entertaining, eating, relaxing space on a main level deck as well as a private deck off of the master suite with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. There is a laundry room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. Pets considered with breed approval and fee - pet friendly neighborhood beach.
Fort Morgan Historic Site 8 miles away.
Fort Morgan Marina is 7 miles away where fishing charters are available and popular Tacky Jacks Restaurant is located.
Several golf options nearby including Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf (1.5 miles) and Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club (9 miles).
Main Gulf Shores public beach and tourist attractions such as mini golf, go karts, shopping, etc. are still an easy drive about 20 minutes away.

The property was clean and provided plenty of towels and other essentials. The shower is amazing and the property is just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and there was enough parking for 4 vehicles. LOVED this stay.

Overall, the stay was great.Family really loved it!! The neighborhood is going through lots of renovations on the road. We go down every year and stay in Fort.Morgan. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It was a great location, great house. If youAre not looking for being right on the beach, but are willing to drive to the beach. I would note that it is a little bit of a walk from this home to the beach access.That the neighborhood provides, if you're willing to walk.

Our stay at this property was very, very nice. The house was clean upon entering. Navigation to the property was very easy. The beach was about a quarter mile walk. It would have been nice to have golf cart, buts thats only because I'm old and don't like to walk thar far,, lol! Close to all amenities you may need. Lots of steps in the house depending if you stay upstairs or not. The kitchen is updated. This house is pet friendly and family comfortable! Thank you Shonna. I would have given you more stars if i could!!

Everything ws great except it wasnt the cleanest place. And there were bugs in kitchen.
