Awesome place. Very well equipped. We did have an issue with the A/C but the owner took care of it immediately. I totally recommend.

Sunny Isles Beach is an expensive area HOWEVER it is much LESS expensive than the two areas to the South or the North. The price for our one week stay was very fair, compared to the surrounding ocean side areas. The condo owners did a good job making sure that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We had a question about the coffee maker and the owner responded immediately. Thank you, Ricardo.The Marco Polo facility was a very famous resort in the 1960s and 1970s. Interesting History!! Today it is a good place for families and couples to relax by the pool, near the ocean. The chase lounges and umbrellas poolside were free. The sauna, steam room and exercise facility was also included.Be sure to stop by Pizza Bianco on level LL and enjoy some wonderful Italian food. Diego will take good care of you.

Perfect location. Right on the beach and close to restaurants. Owners were accessible and accommodating.

The Marco Polo resort is dated but fairly well maintained. The pool and beach area are very nice but we will not return to this area again since there are too many high rise buildings and significant traffic along Collins Ave. and no restaurants, bars or stores within a short walking distance. The high rises nearby limit the locations to be in the sun which is probably nice on super hot days but not in the winter.
