About this apartment rental

The studio is in an excellent location, overlooking a beautiful side view of the ocean, the warm and turquoise waters of the beach is your backyard, it has direct access to the beach, you will enjoy your stay in the beach.Recently fully renovated kitchen. Resort amenities, large heated pool oceanfront, pool towels, umbrellas and chairs service. Fitness Center facing the ocean, Sauna, Tiki Bar, restaurant, coffee shop, laundry, free wi fi, close to shops, markets, restaurants, Aventura Mall, outdoor activities and nightlife. STR-01728

The room was very clean, the beds were great, large TV and new appliances in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The hotel was given bad reviews, and I was a little nervous about staying there. They were wrong! The staff was friendly, and the pool and beach were better than expected with good security throughout the hotel The hotel is somewhat outdated BUT it is not a 4 Seasons or a The Ritz Carlton it is a RAMADA . There are gift shops for anything you forgot and a little Italian restaurant in the lower level and a Tiki bar by the pool serving decent food. You can walk to a Publix about a half mile away and some great restaurant's a bit farther There is also bus service that runs along Collins Ave North & South. I had a great vacation for a reasonable price. Thanks Patricia and don't give my dates away for next year I plan on coming back.

That's exactly it! It's the cheapest plase to stay on the beach. But the place old and run down. The bathtub was old, scratched and no plug. View was the disgusting roof and a slice of the beach. Theres a $20/night resort fee that they dont tell you about plus $30 day parking!

We had a good stay , except the weather)) Room is cozy and clean, reasonable price . Many thanks to Patricia , she is very great host ! Friendly , easy to communicate, helpful and she let us have a late check out due to the storm. We appreciate it big time !
