The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- This home has a garden/pool area. You may see wildlife in the yard and the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance. (IE: Spider, lady bug, ants or even a bee). None of these bugs are harmful and we are happy to remove them we work very hard to keep the house clean and we have monthly pest/bug control -

This is a nice property - rooms are as pictured and it was very clean. We only had 6 in our party so two of the bedrooms were closed but we had plenty of space. Plenty of hot water for everyone showering after enjoying the pool! The pool itself is as pictured and was clean when we arrived - but there are no canopies. Still plenty of shade from the trees but the pool does take up most of the backyard - which was fine with :)

Our weightlifting team came for a competition in Fort Worth and we needed plenty of room. This listing looked like a good fit with fun amenities, but it was lacking a lot of comforts, didn't appear as advertised in the listing, and we were disappointed.
We contacted the owner after a few days with a list of complaints and suggestions. They were attentive and fixed a few things for us the next day. Below is a rundown of the issues we had:
Trim piece on the stairs was loose/tripping hazard.
There were no shade covers above the pool as advertised.
Part of the pool trim was broken and sharp. Grill ran out of propane after a few minutes of use. Could not remotely open the garage.
Microwave didn’t work. Stove had an issue igniting (The owner had this fixed the next morning.) No mixing bowls, salad tongs, cooking oil, tinfoil, plastic wrap, plastic sandwich/freezer bags, or food containers. Not necessary, but are very useful basics.
The house echoed. There were no rugs. Living room furniture was different than what is shown in the listing. Could only seat 5-6 people in the living room. No tissues. Extra sheets were in a locked linen closet. Light switch in the primary bedroom bathroom was broken.
In general the place looked unpolished with scuffs, hasty paint jobs and repairs.
However the house was very clean! The kitchen has a lot of useful small appliances, and convenient dishwasher and washing machine. It's easy to control the temperature and we appreciated that!
