The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. To start with the view for this townhouse are beautiful! Plus you have a balcony right off the two ocean front bedrooms and you also have an oceanfront patio downstairs of the living/dining room. There were a few small issues, but not enough to ruin our trip. Would definitely book again

I wanted this Outrigger location specifically and this was the only unit available when I went to do a rather last minute reservation. But at 1000 a night for three nights - this was double the price of other units in this development and other units were more renovated and nicer inside. The local office was amazing . The location - beach access, privacy, views - were all amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Outrigger, but it wasn’t perfect. While nothing will be, I’ll summarize the pros and cons below:
Pros: location!! It’s quiet; safe, the views are unbeatable and the condo was comfortable. Beds especially comfortable which isn’t always the case. Lots of beautiful scenery and animals (turtles, armadillos, bunnies). The pool was nice and clean.
Cons: we found roaches on day 1. They sent someone out to spray but they never went away completely in the kitchen. We live in Florida so we understand the climate, rain etc, but the unit needs better pest control and I believe there’s possibly an underlying infestation they haven’t located and extinguished yet. Another con is, if you are elderly or have bad knees or ankles; getting to the beach through the dune is difficult. It was challenging for my family and we had two collegiate athletes with us. Being on the southern end of the island, its a bit of a hike to restaurants and shopping but the quiet and safe atmosphere make that worth it. Beach chairs in the garage are rusty and should be replaced.
Overall we would stay there again but would have appreciated getting some kind of discount for the bug issues. For what this unit costs for a week for 6 nights, it seemed to be a bit much considering the state of the condo. Maybe if it was renovated (mainly kitchen) that would help.

The condo was beautiful and was a fantastic distance from the beach. The garage was a great feature that we enjoyed. Every time you pulled the freezer drawer out of the refrigerator there would be water in the floor. Also, the condo needs to be sprayed for bugs. Our last night there we came across several in the kitchen. Overall, a nice location.
