(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is beautifully furnished and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The balconies are a great place for morning, coffee or evening cocktails. The beach chairs are easily accessible in the garage and the beach is not crowded.

Warm, comfy home that fit our family well. The views of the ocean and beach are unmatched. The location on the quietest part of the beach was a wonderful surprise. We walked many miles everyday on the beach- heaven! The community is beautiful and the neighbors very friendly.
