Great restaurant/Bars at entry to neighborhood, walking distance from home that have live music several nights a week. Highly recommend the home.

The previous reviews of this property and the photos on the VRBO listing quickly ended the search for our next vacation rental and raised our expectations. Casa Verde delivered on all counts! The home was decorated with a beach vibe and well appointed to meet all of your vacation needs. It was also clean and well maintained. We give it a 10 out of 10 and added it to our list of properties that we would stay at again and recommend to friends and family.

Casa Verde is so well maintained and beautifully decorated. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, towels, and bedding were all great quality and it didn’t feel like a rental property. There is a Keurig and even coffee provided! Everything you need is available. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we could head home with clean clothes instead of the dreaded laundry pile after vacation. The downstairs area is perfect for all ages with great seating areas, games, television, and a charcoal grill. The yard area is beautiful with flowers all around. Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by good food and plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend this home and the hosts are fantastic & very responsive.

My family and I traveled for a wedding and stayed at Casa Verde. I cannot say enough good things about this property! So clean and cozy, the home was comfortable for everyone including my 4 month old and my elderly mother. Bibiana has thought of everything her guests might need and either provides it or leaves detailed info on how to get it. We felt right and home and loved the location being close to Kemah Boardwalk. The outdoor area is such a neat kickback spot- we had a great time! Would recommend 10/10, will definitely return!

The house was very comfortable and super clean. It has everyyou need for a full family. It was just my part and myself but it’s perfect for a family. We didn’t take advantage of everything it has to offer, bikes, games full kitchen , bbq etc but we definitely will come back. Thanks for sharing your house with us. My only suggestion will be to call the house casa playa or something similar to what’s on the inside. Casa verde does not goes with the inside of the house. I loved how is decorated inside. Jaime

This home was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice! We chose the location because it was so close to the Kemah boardwalk. We have been coming to Kemah for years with our boys but we always stayed at the Inn on the boardwalk. Since our boys aren’t little anymore, we needed more room and beds. I am so happy to have found Casa Verde! While we did go to the boardwalk for a bit, we spent the majority of our time at the home. We played so many of the outdoor games they have and rode bikes a couple of times a day to enjoy the fabulous neighborhood and views! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back to the area! Thank you Bibiana for sharing your home with us!

Some girlfriends and I decided to plan a getaway for the weekend and while it was only two of us that wound up staying here, this was absolutely perfect for us! The property photos simply don’t do it justice. It is beautiful and serene here. We spent a whole morning having coffee on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature in the middle of this quaint little neighborhood! The beds are super comfortable. Fluffy pillows and soft sheets combined with amazing mattresses makes for a wonderful nights sleep. The hot water was never ending and the water pressure was bliss. The towels were plentiful and equally fluffy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, even the coffee I forgot to bring! ❤️ Our hosts were just about as accommodating as one could hope for - easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Bibiana is sweet as pie and checked on us a couple of times over the weekend even. This gem was about a five minute drive from our event and far more than we could have hoped for. Thank you again to the host for a wonderful weekend.

This is the perfect house for spending time with family. It had everything we needed and then some. As well as the comfy upstairs, the open area downstairs was perfect for our morning coffee and evening meals on the grill. There are games both inside and outdoors. Bicycles are available for use as well. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and the perfect setting for our morning and afternoon rides. We enjoyed this house and plan to return soon. The grandkids give Casa Verde 10 stars!

We had an amazing time spending the 4th with our family. This property is amazing and the neighborhood is so fun. They had a parade for the 4th and a water gun fight between the neighbors. It was so much fun…. The property had everything we needed. Lots of games and even had bikes to ride around the neighborhood. We will definitely stay in the property when visiting family again.

We had a great experience at Casa Verde. The house was quant and very clean. Perfect for my little family. It was a hot season of June in Texas and Bibiana was prompt to address the a/c issues and even dropped off an extra fan!
