The location was amazing and love the patios

The unit I was switched to last minute wasn’t upgraded like the unit booked and I feel price should have been adjusted for the inconvenience. Especially since the person they leased the unit to booked AFTER me. Wish the patio had chairs to sit to enjoy outside. Kitchen needs a table or bar stools to sit and eat

Great stay at Kemah

Large 3-bedroom apartment, 2-full baths with a jacuzzi tube in the master room. It s located above a bar which also offers food for us to order after a long day of venturing. Beds were comfortable, full kitchen, clean would definitely stay here again!

No dedicated parking. Street parking is available but can get crowded and may have to park 1-2 blocks away on weekends if returning to apartment in the evening.

Great weekend, but noisy.

Easy access to the board walk area. The apt was nice size and freshly redone. Location had pros and cons. Adult area for sure. Easy check-in and out.

Hard to say, we truly enjoyed our visit, but if you want to sleep, this is not going to happen here. The music from all the bars is loud with all the street noise until about 3 am. Saying this, we would stay again. I think it would be better to have the twin beds removed and put a queen in that room. Also needs a real table besides a 2 top bar table.

Nice property

The music and noise you will not sleep until all the bars shut down it is loud. Guest bathroom sink never worked and kept filling up with water and didn’t drain even with nobody using sink.

Great Apartment for family without kids

The apartment was beautiful and had alot of space. Beds were super comfortable.

You are not able to control the AC on your own and the house was warm. We had to go to the local Walmart to buy fans for the rooms unfortunately. Thankfully we did because it helped drown the sound of the bars downstairs.

Don’t stay here if you have day plans. Will not be able to sleep.

Place was very clean and well organized.

Property is on the second floor to bars/restaurants that blast music until 2 am every night. Cigarette smoke smell comes up the the second floor from the bar underneath. The outside temp was 100+ and we couldn’t control the thermostat. The contact person said he could control it from his phone but couldn’t do anything to control the weather. We had to an uncomfortable stay during the “quiet “ hours of the day.

If we had been able to get sleep I would have rated this place a 10 but the had to bring the rating down a bit.

the property was amazing. The beds were comfortable. it met our needs for a 2 night stay

The downside was the location. The area was great to be close to everything. However, the place would be great for a bachelor party or people who are there to party. we had a one year old and the music from all the bars didn’t stop until 2am-3am. It felt like we had the the various bar’s music playing at the same time until 2-3am. We didn’t get much sleep. Maybe offer ear plugs for those who stay there or recommend they bring some. I can tell you I am a world traveler ALL over the world and have stayed in many “party” areas and WOW….Texans can party LOL! If we had been able to get sleep I would have rated this place a 10.

Perfect location, for our family stay. Next to the Kemah Boardwalk and above the Monkey Bar saved us a lot of Uber fares. Will plan to rent here next year! The host responded quickly to questions and made check in a breeze.
