This was our 3rd stay at the property. We celebrate a family weekend every year - I am a grandma with adult children and adult grandchildren - and this property is perfect for us. Enough room for us all, great backyard with pool, jacuzzi, putting green, fire pit and a kitchen with enough silverware and dishes.

The house was great for our extended family of 14. The grandkids loved the swimming pool, pickle ball court and the putting green. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for all. Trips to Pismo beach were close and convenient. Solvang and SLO were fun side trips. A great place to stay.

My family of 13 stayed at the Nipomo estate for a multigenerational reunion for 4 days and had a wonderful time. We swam everyday in the heated pool and the children enjoyed the play structure and basketball court as well as the game tables in the family room downstairs. The home is luxurious yet comfortable and gave us room for privacy as well as togetherness. The view from the house and the backyard is stunning. We had a bit of confusion regarding check-in but Brooke worked very hard to provide the welcoming touches and the supplies we needed. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your coastal get away.
