About this house rental
Main home and separate Adult Dwelling Unit located at the top of a private drive (15 feet apart) with a beautiful view of the hills. Total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5/4 in main house, 2/2 in ADU), 3 queen sofa beds and queen Murphy bed in main house, 1 queen sofa bed in ADU (can accommodate 22 guests). Two fully stocked kitchens with cooking and serving-ware, large variety of drink glasses, fully automatic espresso makers, cooking essentials provided. Large screen TV in each bedroom and in living rooms. Electric room darkening shades, ceiling fans/light fixtures with remotes, Amazon Echo and wireless chargers in each bedroom. Outdoor dining/entertainment areas with seating, patio heaters, dining tables, and fire tables located in rear of main house and in front of ADU overlooking hillside, 2 hot tubs, gas and pellet BBQs at both houses, and hibachi grill at main house. Laundry rooms and EV car chargers at each house. Locked storerooms in each house are not for guest access. Pets only allowed in ADU unit.

This place was AMAZING! Everything felt new, there were incredibly thoughtful touches throughout. Host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. And for us, best of all was that it was perfectly set up for kids. We had 3 young kids (2 yrs 9 months, 2.5, and 1 year old) and there were enough high chairs, eating gear, and pack and plays for everyone. Plus, so many great toys for the kids. The house was spacious enough that everyone had their own personal space, but there was plenty of communal space for hang outs too. We picked this place because it was a halfway point between my sister’s family in OC and my family in the Bay Area, and it was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

I would give higher than a 5 ! Outstanding experience - from communication during reservation - throughout the process - Outstanding - We rented both houses on the property for our family Christmas - both homes exceptionally stocked with supplies - from kitchen to beach to outdoor fun (ping pong). All amenities top of the line - smoker, coffee machines, BBQ, laundry. Bed/pillow / sitting area highest quality.
