We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s located near three ski resorts, very clean and quiet. Perfect winter gateway location. We will be back again for sure!

Great house with fenced in backyard for dogs! We really appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This house provided total relaxation, comfort, and just that bit of luxury (I) needed in the lovely master bedroom. I went up with my two adult daughters; we had more than enough room! Our little pup loved being there too. I liked that we were close enough to enjoy the Berkshires' offerings without feeling like we were in the thick of tourists.
We fell in love with the farmstand/store down the road (bunnies!! goats!!!) and the sandwiches and bread at the General Store.
The hosts provided everything we needed--from cooking to bedding, and they were lovely folks to deal with. Highly recommend this house in Canaan!

Wow! Gayle was an AMAZING host who is a great communicator! She left no stone unturned. Beautiful home chock full of every amenity and fine touches. Clean and fresh! We had a great time cooking in her well stocked kitchen! Gayle welcomed us with a lovely note, loaf of Amish Bread and a bottle of wine. The house is about 15 minutes from Tanglewood and a short drive to beautiful areas in New York. Around the corner is The Canaan Country Store, an Amish store with homemade bread, butter, popcorn, basic necessities and a deli. Pet friendly with a fenced in yard and toys and bowls too! She made us feel most welcome. We will be back!
