A fully furnished efficiency condo with the amenities of home, this unit is all about location, location, location!
Centrally located at the intersection of DC’s three most desired neighborhoods, Kalorama, Dupont and Adams Morgan, you’ll be within walking distance to museums, parks, markets, shopping, grocery stores, parks, fine dining, casual restaurants, bars, clubs and much more!
Nestled among several embassy homes and across the street from one of DC’s most notorious hotels, the Washington Hilton, the cozy unit is located in a small condo building on a quiet one-way street, providing you the opportunity to experience DC as a local!
While there is plenty to explore within walking distance, a visitor parking pass is available for street parking. Parking is zone and date restrictive and very limited. Public transportation is recommended. The unit is within a 3-minute walk to the 42, 43, and L2 downtown bus lines as well as a 12-minute walk to the Dupont Circle North Metro Station stop on the Red Line. Capital Bikeshare is a 7-minute walk from the unit and Uber or Lyft services are readily available.
Within the sunny, second floor condo (one set of stairs up from ground level) you’ll find everything you’ll need for your stay. The unit comes with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen Smart TV, desk workspace including a screen, HDMI cords, extension cord, office supplies, central heat & A/C, linens, towels, efficiency washer/dryer, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, first aid kit and other toiletries. The condo has a full kitchen including a 4-range stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, slow cooker, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils and several other kitchen accessories. The space is more suitable for one person (couples can be considered).
Please note, pets are not allowed in the unit, and smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere in the building and outdoor common areas. If there is any smoking anywhere inside the building or apartment, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The unit is in a small condo building, please be courteous of the other tenants and keep the volume down, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Thank you!

My son stayed in this property during his summer internship in D.C. Location is excellent. Quite neighborhood but convenient to Metro and eating establishments. Jennifer was an excellent property host and responsive. The unit is clean, comfortable and provides everything you need for a short or long stay. A very positive experience!

The location of the apartment is perfect! Close to the subway but you can walk to the biggest attractions. The apartment has everything you need available, clean, comfortable, amazing! Jennifer is a great person, knows how to listen to your needs and tries to help you in any way she can! If you ever return to DC someday you will definitely come back to this apartment! I would recommend it to everyone
