The best thing about the Tannhauser complex is its central location on Main Street, walking distance to everything in Breckenridge, including a 600-yard distance to the base of Peak 9

Downtown location / walking distance to the slopes / walking distance to shopping and dining

We regret to inform you that the current lobby / laundry facility project is currently stalled, but you can access the local laundromat on French Street, 4-5 blocks away. Tannhauser no longer offers hot tubs as an amenity.

This can be very inconvenient. Other options include looking for overnight parking in other areas of Summit County, such as Frisco or Dillon.

We have stayed in several locations in Breckenridge and we really liked the location of this property as we prefer peak 9. I was disappointed in the parking lot. I really there isn't a lot of room, but when the lot was bladed and nothing put down on it it turned to ice. We nearly hit another vehicle from sliding on the ice. Our stay was great. Loved the unit and the property manager was very prompt with response to any questions. Thanks for a great stay!

This property without a doubt is in a great location. Easy walk to ski lifts, gondola, and to downtown Breckenridge. Lots of close dining options. Property was stocked with essentials. Exactly what we wanted! Unfortunately the location has LOTS of traffic noise what felt like 24hours a day. That made sleeping difficult. The property could use a good cleanup. Mold in the shower ceiling (nobody wants mold where they are bathing), holes/tears in furniture, multiple kitchen table chairs broken, trouble with shades working properly, to name a few. Overall not a clean feel. If they would clean it up it’d be a great getaway
