I book long term stays for my employees on assignment in various areas. I will tel you that Sarah was a dream of a host and if we have work in the area again, we will be booking with her before we go anywhere else! Highly recommend.

I stayed here for 30 days and found it to be just what I needed while I got settled in the area. It’s newly remodeled and well appointed for an extended stay. The host was communicative and checked in several times during my stay.

Sarah was very proactive in making sure my stay was comfortable. I never heard neighbors (and being top floor above storage helps with that!) though it should be noted that the place does have window units as opposed to central HVAC, so A/C was a bit louder when I was running it. I don’t think this is terribly uncommon in Denver, and I was there during a heat wave so probably had to use the window units more than usual. It was a nice touch having the cleaners come during the middle of my month stay.
