I am available for questions during your stay. The best way to reach me is by messaging. I have a co-host available when I am not. Self check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before your arrival. Access code will be sent the day before your arrival.

No Parties/Events Allowed. Strictly Enforced.

Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time.

Pets are allowed with a $150 non-refundable fee per month. Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.

A $500 security deposit will be required for local guests.

There is no elevator on the property

You are able to receive mail such as amazon packages, instacart delivery etc. USPS Mail (ie letters) will not be delivered here. Please message for more information.

Childproofing: No special measures taken; guests assume risk.

Travel Insurance/Cancellations: Highly recommended. No refunds are provided outside of the cancellation policy. Date changes are treated as cancellations if the new date is later. Check the booking site for details.
NO PARTIES & HOUSE RULES
There are no parties of any kind allowed at our home. Doing so will result in a forfeit of your reservation, no refund, and potentially a fine for breaking our house rules and reimbursement for any damages caused. Our neighborhood noise ordinance is 10pm.
