The primary suite has a king bed, a full-size futon, and balcony access with a view of the Gulf in the distance. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third bedroom has a queen bed.
The fourth bedroom has two twin-over-queen bunk beds and a flat-screen TV, while the fifth bedroom has two twin beds.
The two guest bathrooms are each fitted with tub/shower combinations.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Fire up the gas grill on the wraparound balcony, where you can glimpse the Gulf in the distance.
Morgantown community amenities include:
- 2 outdoor pools (unheated, open March to October)

- Designated beach access points (the nearest is less than 200’ from home)

Upon arrival there was some cleaniness that could have been improved. The furniture is low, something we did expect though due to previous reviews read. The beach access is literally two houses down from the house and tbe walk down the dock was not bad at all! The area is so nice and quiet, exactly what you want from a vacation. The beach was not crowded at all. Overall, we loved the area and our stay. It is at least a 30-40 min drive to Walmart and bigger resturants in the city. But, there is a dollar general a few minutes down the road as well as other local resturants. Not to mention, if you keep going down the road before entering the neighborhood, you can visit the ferry and take a ride. We needed to go to Mobile after our checkout and was able to do that quickly from the ferry without having to drive much more. It was such a fun experience for the whole family! I would definetly stay again!

Compliments- - - - - - - - - - -Big spacious house with nice views. The Gulf is visible between the beach-front row of houses and you can see community members walking to and from the beach on the boardwalk.Air conditioning worked flawlessly.Big, dining table, HDTV, sectional sofa. Group seating areas on both floors indoors. Also nice spacious decks, wrap-around on first floor.Some guests reviews complain about uncomfortable beds, but our party was reasonably comfortable.Affordable price, reasonable pet fee, remnants of the native scrub and beach dune habitat surrounding most of these homes in Morgantown.Issues- - - - - - - - - - -Roaches, every day, mostly in kitchen, first floor bath, and first floor bedroom/ closet. Silverfish in kitchen, including drawers.Mold in blender. Mold on downstairs bathroom wall (behind the wet towel hook.)Some pots & pans visibly not clean.Malfunctioning dishwasher wouldn’t complete a cycle. Couldn’t wash dishes.Mismatched coffee carafe to coffee percolator - base of carafe is too large to make firm contact with hot plate so first cups of coffee aren’t truly hot.Fluorescent bulbs in laundry room failing (light hesitates to turn on)Interior walls badly need painting in high use areas- especially next to dining table, stairwell, etc.Stains on some living room furniture.Exterior of house is dirty from salt spray and dust. Window are hazy, obstructing what should be beautiful views.More to say but character limit imposed…

Nice big house, easy beach access, about 100 yards walk. Definitely bring a can opener and beach chairs, umbrella.

While the check-in process was quick and simple, upon arrival we noticed several things damaged including the frame of the lower bunk! Several of the linens and furniture were stained and while sand would be expected, the floors left the soles of our feet black! We planned to grill the first night, however, we found the LP tanks empty. There were 5, yes, FIVE EMPTY tanks. After multiple calls to the property manager, a full tank was delivered just shy of 24 hours later. The "spotty" internet was non-existent. We tried to make sure that things were clean and garbage was taken out but that was challenging as there was a theme of 2; only 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of toilet paper, etc. For a house sleeping 12 that was not adequate. Upon departure we stripped the beds as directed and discovered how disgusting some of the pillows and mattresses were! Nasty stains.
