Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view, rooms were clean. Loved the condo. Only issue is couch. Mattress needs to be replaced. It was like sleeping on the floor. Unit should be for a party of two.

•So the location was GREAT, and we’d love to come back again if they fixed it up a little. Upon arrival I took pictures of things that were broken or not included per pictures. • a lamp that seems to be hanging from the wire. • the iron chairs outside are rusting and peeling, • the only cushion has fabric tore off. • it was missing a chair from the photo (the tan looking one)• we ended up buying a blanket bc we couldn’t find one in the condo• also, the bed is quite uncomfortable• the blue living space couch is also not that comfy•lastly, there was a crack in the bottom of the tub… so i know that’s a lot BUT we still had a great time aside from all that.

Bed very uncomfortable, couch uncomfortable, and needs updated patio furniture. Vacasa was helpful with any issues.
