The Annex is a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath with a beautiful courtyard. Off street parking. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river.
As you walk through the brick courtyard, the front door opens into the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a half bath. You leave kitchen and enter cozy living room which has been newly furnished.
There are two bedrooms upstairs that are accessed by a spiral staircase. The staircase leads to the bedroom with the twin beds. Each bedroom has private access from exterior stairs. The Queen bedroom has the full bath.
The Annex is a very unique place where you will feel at home.
There is off street parking in the front of condo for one car.

Loved that we could walk to all the balloon festivities.
The property is lovely. The only drawback is the spiral staircase leading to upstairs. Not as young as I once was. But I loved that upstairs was accessible by an outside staircase that was not so steep. Made getting suitcases up and down easier. But I would not let that stop me from renting again. It was perfect for our annual girls trip to Natchez. We felt very safe and it was decorated beautifully. Loved the comfort of the beds!! Management was quick to respond to questions.

The neighborhood was actually in great walking distance to many restaurants and river. However the adjoining buildings were abandoned and the outside and courtyard was in need of repairs. The inside was very nice and antique also well stocked. We did enjoy our stay.

Great weekend getaway! We enjoyed our short stay here very much. Walking distance to pretty much anywhere you want to go.
